TrippySMP Refund Policy (draft for review)

All store items are digital and delivered to your account within minutes of payment. Because you ask us to deliver immediately at checkout, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply once delivery has started.

We will refund, within 14 days of purchase:

• a duplicate purchase made by mistake (for example, the same rank bought twice);
• an item that was never delivered after you contacted support and we could not deliver it within 72 hours;
• a purchase made without the cardholder's permission, where the cardholder contacts us before raising a dispute with their bank (we will also remove the item).

We do not refund:

• rank time or crates that have been used or opened;
• purchases followed by a ban for breaking the rules;
• purchases made during a season that later resets, because resets are announced in advance and ranks and cosmetics carry over.

To request a refund, open a ticket in Discord or email [email] with your Minecraft username and the Tebex order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Tebex.

Chargebacks: if you raise a chargeback on a legitimate purchase instead of contacting us, the account is permanently banned. Parents: please contact us first; we would rather refund a mistaken purchase than fight a dispute.
