TrippySMP is not an official Minecraft product. It is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

1. The service

TrippySMP is a community Minecraft server and store operated by [Company] Ltd ("we", "us"). By joining the server, our Discord, or buying from our store you agree to these terms and to the server rules.

2. Age

You must be 13 or older to use our Discord (Discord's own terms). If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian before buying anything from the store, and the parent or guardian must be the cardholder or authorise the purchase.

3. Store purchases

• Everything sold is a licence to use digital content on this server. Nothing has real-world value and nothing can be exchanged for money or transferred to another server.
• Purchases are processed by Tebex Limited as merchant of record. Tebex's checkout terms also apply. Prices include VAT where it applies to you.
• Digital content is delivered immediately. By ticking the box at checkout you ask us to deliver it straight away and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once delivery starts.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled from the store. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current month.
• Random cosmetic crates show the odds of every reward before purchase and contain cosmetics only. Under-18s need parental consent to buy them. Daily spend limits apply.

4. Conduct

The server rules (posted in game, on the website and in Discord) are part of these terms. We may mute, kick, suspend or ban accounts that break them, without refund. One account per person. Chargebacks on a legitimate purchase result in a permanent ban.

5. Changes and closure

We can change the game, its rules, the store, seasons and prices at any time. Seasons reset; in-game progress does not carry over unless a product says so. If the server closes we will give at least 30 days' notice on the website and Discord, and stop selling time-based products before that date.

6. Content and safety

You may not post illegal content, harass others, or share personal information. Report anything with /report in game or a ticket in Discord. We remove illegal content when we become aware of it. Our named safety contact is [name], [email].

7. Liability

We provide the server "as is". We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, data loss, bugs, or the actions of other players, except where the law does not allow us to exclude liability. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
