Safety and reporting

TrippySMP is a game server with text chat used by people under 18. If you see illegal content, grooming, threats or harassment, report it straight away.

• In game: /report <player> <reason> opens a ticket the staff see immediately.
• Discord: open a ticket in #create-ticket.
• Email the named safety contact: [name], [email]. We reply within 24 hours and remove illegal content as soon as we are aware of it.

Chat is filtered and logged for 90 days for moderation. Staff never ask for passwords or personal details. Parents can contact the same email about their child's account or data.

Under the Online Safety Act 2023 the person responsible for online safety is [name]. Our risk assessments are kept on file and available to Ofcom on request.
